Warranty Terms

City of Spares guarantees the product purchased by the customer to be free from defects resulting from the use of faulty parts or poor workmanship during its manufacture, subject to the terms of the warranty given below.

Under the COS warranty, if any spare parts are found to be defective or if there is an electronic failure, COS will undertake the necessary repairs or replacements free of cost. It should be noted that in such cases, COS may use reconditioned spare parts with performance parameters equal to those of new spare parts under the COS warranty.

COS guarantees every product we sell on our website and, therefore, provides a certain warranty. If your product fails within the warranty period, you may claim the warranty and get the benefits. To claim the warranty, the customer must courier the product to COS for evaluation before starting the warranty process.

What is covered in the warranty?

COS will cover the warranty of the product only if it is under the specified warranty period and if the requirement is of a general nature, like if the specified product stopped working itself or if it worked irregularly, etc.

COS gives you two types of warranties on the products available on www.cityofsapres.com,

  • Manufacturer Warranty
  • Seller Warranty

  • Manufacturer Warranty

The Manufacturer`s Warranty is a warranty given by the manufacturer of that product. This warranty is given on some specific products only.

This warranty gives the assurance of protection to the product from defects in materials and workmanship for a certain period of time, as specified by the manufacturer. The terms of the warranty vary depending on the product and the manufacturer. The manufacturer`s warranty is borne by the manufacturer of the product, which is why this warranty will not be borne by COS.

  • Seller Warranty

The Seller`s Warranty is a guarantee provided by the seller of a product or service, here COS, that ensures the quality and condition of the item being sold. It is a promise that the product will meet certain standards of quality, performance, and reliability and that COS will provide certain remedies if the product fails to meet those standards.

The terms of this warranty vary depending on the products you buy. This warranty will be borne by COS only and not by the manufacturer of the product.
